Selection Criteria to be Addressed:
- Current registration with AHPRA - Division 1 Registered Nurse
- Relevant postgraduate qualifications in specialty or management or working towards attainment
- Demonstrated skills in quality improvement/redesign projects & the associated change management
- Demonstrated sound financial skills with an ability to interpret financial reports
- Proven ability to motivate, manage & develop nursing/midwifery staff to maintain a positive workplace culture
- Proven ability to assess nursing/midwifery utilisation & resource requirements within agreed targets
- Demonstrated effective leadership, interpersonal & communication skills
- Ability to travel within the LHD in accordance with the position, hold NSW Drivers licence
