Nurse Manager – Opioid Treatment Programs - Dubbo and Region

- Current Authority to Practise as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Extensive relevant post registration nursing experience and relevant post graduate qualifications in management (or willingness to commence within 12 months of appointment).
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of contemporary nursing professional and management issues.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate professional development and competence of nursing staff.
- Demonstrated ability to manage nursing and resource allocations to deliver effectiveness and efficiency.
- Demonstrated highly developed information technology, communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to represent nurses, consult with staff, resolve conflict and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary health professionals.
- Demonstrated ability to lead the development of policies and practices, including requirements of the National Safety & Quality Health Standards.
- A current NSW driver’s licence, with the ability to travel and do overnight stays.
