Selection Criteria:
- Current unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- Tertiary qualifications in management relevant to the role or working towards the same
- Extensive experience in health service management
- Demonstrated proven ability to lead, influence workplace culture and motivate staff
- A comprehensive knowledge of the Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI), Australian Aged Care Quality Standards, Health, Safety and Wellbeing, innovation and best practice in Aged Care principles, risk management, change management, improvement systems and nursing practice development and research
- Proven ability in financial, human resource and organisational management
- Current unrestricted drivers licence
- High level computer skills
