About the role
Deliver high-quality Nuclear Medicine services, including diagnostic imaging and therapeutic procedures, ensuring safe, accurate, and compassionate patient care in line with radiation safety and regulatory requirements
Take a key clinical role in dose preparation, administration, patient monitoring, and end-to-end procedure delivery under general supervision
Support departmental operations and service excellence, working closely with senior leadership to optimise patient flow, resources, and performance outcomes
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement through participation in quality initiatives, education, research, and professional development activities
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff and students, promoting best practice, teamwork, and a positive, high-performing clinical environment
About you
Qualified Nuclear Medicine Scientist with a Bachelor of Medical Radiation Science (Nuclear Medicine) or equivalent recognised by MRPB
Current AHPRA registration and NSW EPA radiation licence under the Radiation Control Act 1990
Strong clinical experience in Nuclear Medicine with a commitment to delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centred care
Confident working both independently and within a multidisciplinary team, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a busy clinical setting
Excellent communicator with a proactive mindset, strong leadership capability, and a genuine commitment to quality improvement, learning, and professional growth
