New Graduate Occupational Therapist - The Children's Hospital at Westmead
- Recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy with no prior post graduate experience and eligibility for AHPRA registration.
- Occupational Therapy student placement experience in an acute hospital setting managing an independent caseload.
- Demonstrated experience in equipment prescription and delivery of patient education.
- Demonstrated interest in working with children and their families.
- Demonstrated communication and effective interpersonal skills, with experience in multidisciplinary team settings (including medical, nursing and allied health staff) as well as with patients and their families.
- Demonstrated time management and prioritisation skills with an ability to work flexibly within service demands.
- Demonstrated participation and commitment to continuing education, quality improvement activities and/or research
- Drivers Licence.
