Selection Criteria:
- Tertiary qualifications in a related field (e.g. Leadership, Education, Health, Organisational Development) or relevant equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience.
- Extensive and contemporary knowledge related to leadership, talent development and organisational effectiveness.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex multi-site programs of work.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in both working autonomously with devolved accountability and being an effective team member.
- Demonstrated commitment to a values-based and facilitative style of leadership that encourages trust, individual initiative and collective responsibility
- Current drivers licence (and willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position).
