Selection Criteria
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience in a health related field.
- Demonstrated commitment to improving access and equity in the delivery of health and related services.
- Proven ability to develop and review policies with experience in planning, implementation and evaluation of strategic and program plans and services agreements, as well as a strong understanding of processes to support organisational development.
- Demonstrated high level interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, proven liaison and negotiation skills in working successfully with a range of stakeholders, in including senior clinicians.
- Demonstrated ability to address complex organisational issues using high level analytical, critical appraisal, and problem solving skills and complete several tasks concurrently and achieve deadlines.
- Proven experience in a senior management role, including staff and financial management, program management skills, research and analysis, providing policy advice at an executive level, implementing organisational change, and providing leadership in health system reform.
- Proven computer skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, etc.
- Commitment to supporting relevant research and evaluation activities.
