Join the Family Metabolic Health Service as a Living Well Obesity Program Clinical Digital Content Producer and Project Officer and support the strategic goals of Nepean Blue Mountain Local Health District!
In this dynamic role, you will execute a wide range of digital content-related tasks and responsibilities, including digital photography and photographic editing, video production and editing, audio recording and editing, and motion graphics. Your duties will include creating, enhancing and managing clinical multimedia content and solutions that effectively communicate our message, engage our audience, and support the strategic goals of NBMLHD.
Your success in this role will be defined by your top skills across innovation, flexibility, accountability, as well as being highly skilled in the areas of digital content planning, producing and editing and in working with different technology solutions. What you will bring to the role
- Demonstrated competence and experience in the relevant multimedia disciplines, particularly video production, audio production and photography. Ability to provide a showreel or links to previous work.
- Demonstrated competence in using relevant multimedia equipment and software.
- Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to brief customers and translate the brief to multimedia outputs.
- Demonstrated excellent time management and organisation skills, ability to meet deadlines while undertaking multiple tasks simultaneously, and ability to work independently as required.
- Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills, with well developed interpersonal, influencing and negotiation abilities, including experience briefing customers, translating briefs into multimedia outputs, and effectively engaging and influencing key stakeholders to achieve optimal project outcomes.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the NSW Health policies and procedures relating to media production and publication, including OHS and patient privacy and confidentiality policies and legislation.
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with senior management, clinicians, consumers and external stakeholders, with high level negotiation skills, including the ability to resolve conflict, manage competing demands and prioritise resources. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and consistently act in accordance with NSW Health CORE values and the NSW Health Code of Conduct.
- Demonstrated understanding in the importance of stigma free care. Willingness to learn about issues facing individuals with severe and complicated obesity.
