Liverpool Health and Academic Redevelopment Director (HM Level 5)-Liverpool Hospital-Temp F/T

• Demonstrated experience in overseeing effective change in a health service, including industrial, operational commissioning, communications, risk management.
• Highly developed negotiation consultation and interpersonal skills with a range of stakeholders and objectivity in decision-making.
• Relevant Tertiary Degree / Qualification and / or extensive experience at a senior management level in delivering health services and leading project teams.
• Demonstrated experience in policy, planning and /or service development, including analysis and resolution of complex issues.
• Experience and/or knowledge of ‘Clinical Redesign or AIM Methodology’ for change management as recommended by NSW Ministry of Health.
• Well-developed written and oral communications skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships with the project team, district management and key stakeholders.
• High-level knowledge of inter-relationship between models of care, facility options and departmental operational policies and procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and independently initiate and prioritise actions to complete complex tasks.
