Selection Criteria
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or professional experience in human resources management in a relevant field.
- Investigative experience including interviewing, statement taking, information collection and analysis, interpretation, and application of legislation.
- Experience in compiling reports and briefs combined with skills in planning investigations, working effectively as a team member, identifying appropriate resources and using them effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with people from culturally diverse backgrounds.
- Demonstrated sound judgement throughout the investigation processes.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage a large and varied caseload of complex matters, and to provide accurate and strategic briefings, submissions and advice within tight timeframes.
- Superior time management and organisational skills.
