Selection Criteria:

  1. Highly developed communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with people from CALD backgrounds.
  2. Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and organise work activities to achieve work outcomes
  3. Demonstrated ability in the use of IT hardware and software, including Microsoft Office applications.
  4. Experience in data entry
  5. Willing to actively participate in education and training in order to provide high quality, professional and customer focused service.
  6. Ability to maintain a high standard of professionalism, ensuring confidentiality and providing a sensitive, empathetic patient focused attitude.
