  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications or relevant work experience.
  2. Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of systems that ensure patient safety and clinical quality processes are in line with the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards (ACHS) National Standards.
  3. A proven track record of achievement as a senior manager in a complex service planning and delivery environment.
  4. Demonstrated experience in the effective management of both human and financial resources.
  5. Excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation, consultation and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and refine strategic relationships both within an organisation and external to the organisation.
  6. Demonstrated high level skills in the analysis of complex issues, problem solving and action of innovative approaches to improving outcomes for consumers.
  7. Demonstrated achievement in successfully leading individuals and teams – managing and coaching staff; building capacity; meeting performance goals; and always fostering and maintaining a consumer focused work culture.
  8. Current licence to drive in NSW with the ability to drive regularly for work purposes.
