Criteria
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of systems that ensure patient safety and clinical quality processes are in line with the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards (ACHS) National Standards.
- A proven track record of achievement as a senior manager in a complex service planning and delivery environment.
- Demonstrated experience in the effective management of both human and financial resources.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation, consultation and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and refine strategic relationships both within an organisation and external to the organisation.
- Demonstrated high level skills in the analysis of complex issues, problem solving and action of innovative approaches to improving outcomes for consumers.
- Demonstrated achievement in successfully leading individuals and teams – managing and coaching staff; building capacity; meeting performance goals; and always fostering and maintaining a consumer focused work culture.
- Current licence to drive in NSW with the ability to drive regularly for work purposes.
