  1. Demonstrated previous experience in a patient merge/ reconciliation role or a medical records administrative role or a general administrative role in a health context.
  2. Understanding of patient record and merge concepts in a Health Care environment.
  3. Demonstrated proficiency using PC based software including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  4. Understanding of patient confidentiality concepts and procedures in the Health Care environment.
  5. Effective interpersonal skills, sound verbal and written communication including ability to produce reports when required and ability to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders (including ICT and Health professionals).
  6. Demonstrated organisational skills, ability to work with minimal supervision and to meet deadlines with agreed outcomes.
  7. Demonstrated ability to perform in a team in a service delivery environment with ability to meet pre-determined targets and deadlines.
  8. Demonstrated attention to detail and experience in creative problem solving and investigative skills.
