- Tertiary qualifications (attained within the last two years) in Architecture, Engineering, Building, Construction management, Project Management, or a technically related field.
- Competent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to successfully collaborate in an integrated team environment.
- Is results focused and shows effective planning, research and analysis skills.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude, energy and commitment to achieving goals.
