- Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills
- Sound understanding of the legislation, codes and guidelines relevant to clinical and research ethics, and in particular the NHMRC National Statement on Ethical Conduct in Human Research, relevant privacy acts and guidelines, the Human Tissue Act, and the Therapeutic Goods Act as it relates to use of medications in human research
- Ability to independently prioritise a very high volume workload
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work successfully independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated high level capacity to use office computing applications including word processing, spreadsheets and data bases
- Proven client centred mentality
