Do you have the following?
- Experience in staff management and ability to communicate, delegate, consult and negotiate.
- Experience in Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to collect and analyse data for auditing / reporting processes
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and organise work schedules based on competing demands.
- Demonstrated ability to monitor compliance with work, health and safety policies and practices.
- Proven decision making and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience working in a healthcare setting in relation to the management of cleaning, portering, waste management and linen distribution services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of Infection Control Guidelines for public hospitals and their implementation.
