- Relevant tertiary qualification in Health IT Project Management or significant equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated excellent leadership, stakeholder communication and interpersonal skills which results in the successful implementation of large complex projects.
- Highly developed effective project management skills resulting in improved use of technology in a complex health environment.
- Highly developed negotiation skills with vendors, contractors and suppliers with an advanced demonstrated knowledge of NSW probity guidelines.
- Demonstrated skills in written communications e.g. business cases, briefings, project, change and risk management plans etc.
- Demonstrated experience in working within ICT standards, policies and procedures including the ongoing development and maintenance of same.
- Advanced demonstrated ability to identify project milestones to monitor progress and develop and manage changed strategies to achieve outcomes within time and budget.
- Current NSW Driver’s Licence, ability to travel long distances and stay overnight away from the base location
