Selection Criteria to be addressed:
- Tertiary qualifications in a health-related field (or equivalent practical experience), together with extensive experience and demonstrated high level of competence in the management and leadership of health services
- A comprehensive knowledge of National, State and Local Health District Policy directions
- Experience in and understanding of partnerships with consumers, carers and health related organisations in the non-government sector and government sector
- Demonstrated competence and experience in all aspects of financial management to maintain service delivery within the Service
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Demonstrated competency in project management, including strategic planning, implementation and evaluation
- Highly developed interpersonal and written communication skills
- High level conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills
