Director of Strategic Program Services - Sydney or Newcastle
- Tertiary qualifications in Organisational Change, Business or Program Management, and/or relevant equivalent experience at a senior level, with demonstrated capability in leading change and program services in a large and complex service organisation.
- Highly developed verbal and written communication, interpersonal and people management skills.
- Exceptional analytical skills, including the ability to analyse and interpret complex information (quantitative and qualitative) from numerous sources, prepare and present analysis and reports, creatively deal with challenges and co-create solutions that are achievable and sustainable.
- Exceptional influencing and negotiation skills, with extensive experience engaging and influencing key stakeholders and customers, and collaboration with other managers across a geographical expanse to influence and achieve great outcomes for transformation programs.
- Exceptional organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment, with a capacity to prioritise, multi task, achieve agreed goals and to work always with a customer focused approach.
- Knowledge of establishing and managing processes and documentation related to change and program services, including stakeholder analysis, service model design, change impact analysis, program management, analytics and reporting.
