Selection Criteria:
- Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance (Nutrition & Dietetics) or Certificate III AHA (Nutrition & Dietetics), or relevant recent experience working as a Dietitian Assistant in a hospital and commitment to commence Certificate IV within 12 months.
- Good current knowledge of nutrition and therapeutic diets.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, and customer relations skills and experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of the quality improvement process
- Demonstrated ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Good computer skills including experience using CBORD windows system
- Knowledge and/or experience in malnutrition screening
