Selection Criteria:

  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or demonstrated equivalent, relevant experience and/or training.
  • Demonstrated high level oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, such as negotiation and report writing applicable in both a research and administrative context.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop produce and deliver projects from proposal right up to delivery on time and within budget.
  • Strong administrative management skills and well-developed organisational skills and experience in project and event management.
  • Sound organisational skills, the ability to successfully prioritise and manage competing issues and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills including ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Access (or other relational databases), Office Publisher and a high level capacity to use office computing applications.
