Selection Criteria - required knowledge, skills and experience:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience working in a communications and stakeholder engagement team on large-scale transformation projects or in a large, diverse organisation.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, supporting and developing integrated communications strategies and plans across multiple channels, high quality written material and online content, reports, and briefs.
- Adept at working with subject matter experts to convey complex technical or policy information in engaging ways.
- Demonstrated skills in relationship management, influencing, negotiating, consulting and communicating on complex issues.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders to deliver communications that engage and inform different audiences and enable positive change.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated skills and experience in project planning, management, implementation and review.
