Selection Criteria to be Addressed:
- Tertiary qualifications in a health-related field or equivalent industry experience.
- Demonstrated experience in managing organisational change and project management, and the implementation of projects, frameworks and/or initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage and support multidisciplinary teams and a demonstrated ability to champion change and improvement initiatives with clinicians and managers.
- Issues management skills with the ability to work within short timeframes on sensitive and complex matters.
- Working knowledge and/or experience with clinical redesign methodology within the health care setting.
- Computer literacy, ability to trend and interpret data and competent information seeking skill with a demonstrated ability to interpret complex information.
- High level verbal and written communications, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability in problem solving, conceptual thinking, and analytical skills.
