Selection Criteria to be Addressed:

  1. Tertiary qualifications in a health-related field or equivalent industry experience.
  2. Demonstrated experience in managing organisational change and project management, and the implementation of projects, frameworks and/or initiatives.
  3. Proven ability to manage and support multidisciplinary teams and a demonstrated ability to champion change and improvement initiatives with clinicians and managers.
  4. Issues management skills with the ability to work within short timeframes on sensitive and complex matters.
  5. Working knowledge and/or experience with clinical redesign methodology within the health care setting.
  6. Computer literacy, ability to trend and interpret data and competent information seeking skill with a demonstrated ability to interpret complex information.
  7. High level verbal and written communications, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  8. Demonstrated ability in problem solving, conceptual thinking, and analytical skills.
