About the role
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) to join our palliative care team. In this specialist role, you will provide advanced, personcentred care to people living with a lifelimiting illness, supporting them and their families through complex and often challenging experiences.

The CNS will play a key role in shaping and leading specialist clinical practice, ensuring highquality, evidencebased care across inpatient settings, home visits, and residential agedcare environments.

This position requires strong clinical expertise in palliative care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. You will make a meaningful difference every day, enhancing comfort, dignity, and quality of life for individuals and rural communities.

If you are passionate about delivering exceptional palliative care and ready to contribute to a supportive, dedicated team, we would love to hear from you.
