Essential Criteria
Vaccination: Category A+
Checks: Working with Children Check and National Police Check
Registration: Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) (NSW Registered Nurse – Division 1).

Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated at least three (3) years full time equivalent post registration experience in Palliative Care, Cancer Care Services, Advanced Nursing or clinical experience deemed appropriate by the employer
- Post graduate qualifications in Palliative Care, Cancer Care or Advanced Nursing
- Demonstrated skills and knowledge in primary case management, including care co-ordination for people living with a life limiting illness, using advanced clinical skills in patient/client assessment and care planning
- Demonstrated ability to provide leadership in the provision and development of clinical practice by utilisation of evidence based research with a demonstrated
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients, carers and a diverse range of health care providers including those in government, non-government and community organisations
- Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team, with an emphasis on service delivery, quality of care and team cohesion with an ability to identify and improve opportunities to enhance continuity of care between the acute sector, primary care providers and community based service
- Demonstrate ability to utilise information technology within a variety of applications and willingness to undertake training
- Current Drivers Licence valid within Australia and willingness to use for work purposes
