Selection Criteria

  • Demonstrated experience as a clinical business analyst within a large public health or hospital organisation or extensive clinical experience in hospital environment.

  • Detailed knowledge of clinical workflows in all parts of the medication ordering, administration and dispensing process within the Cerner Millennium environment.

  • Demonstrated experience in conducting business process redesign, documentation of workflow, data flow analysis diagrams, benefits realisation and change management documents.

  • Extensive experience in supporting delivery of business outcomes, to time and expected levels of quality, including the ability to manage risks and issues within a project.

  • Well-developed interpersonal, consultation and negotiation skills with demonstrated capacity to broker effective clinical solutions with a diverse range of internal and external key stakeholders.

  • Availability and ability to work outside normal working hours when required, including on-call support during go live.

  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to work within multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders both internal and external to the organisation to achieve desired outcomes.

  • Knowledge of project management and computer systems including PRINCE2, proficient in Microsoft Visio, Project, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
