Change Lead - RIS-PACS
To be successful in this position, you will have the following experience, skills and personal attributes:

Experience managing a medium-large organisational change in an enterprise organisation. This includes demonstrated experience engaging and influencing stakeholders, vendors and customers, and actioning activities to manage the change, to achieve optimal project outcomes.

Experience in applying a change management approach to successfully deliver an organisational change.

Demonstrated experience delivering change management activities to bring people along the ‘change journey’.

Highly-developed interpersonal, collaborative and influencing skills with a range of internal and external stakeholders to effectively drive change.

Excellent organisational skills with a capacity to prioritise, work to deadlines, and achieve business goals, while maintaining a customer-focused approach.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with stakeholders to achieve clear messaging and understanding of the Program.
