You will be required to demonstrate your experience, skills and knowledge by responding to the following selection criteria:
- Experience managing a medium-large organisational change in an enterprise organisation. This includes demonstrated experience engaging and influencing stakeholders, vendors and customers, and actioning activities to manage the change, to achieve optimal project outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience coaching staff to foster a performance-based and customer-focused work culture.
- Excellent organisational skills with a capacity to prioritise, achieve business goals, and always work with a customer-focused approach.
- Capacity and willingness, including a current driver’s license recognised in NSW, to travel to NSW Health facilities throughout the greater Sydney area, which may include overnight stays in outlying areas.
