About the Opportunity

As a Research Project Lead, you will play a key role in coordinating and managing all aspects of an assigned research project led by CCLHD. This position is essential to ensuring the successful completion, accuracy, and impact of research outcomes. In this role you will:

• Support the design, implementation, and coordination of the research project to meet defined milestones and objectives.

• Collect, analyse, and interpret data using quantitative and qualitative research methods.

• Prepare ethics and governance submissions, study documentation, and progress reports.

• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are achieved.

• Assist with preparation of manuscripts, reports, and presentations for publication and dissemination.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

• A degree in a relevant discipline and/or demonstrated experience in health research and clinical practice environments.

• In-depth knowledge of research methodology, including codesign.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to prepare high-quality reports and manuscripts.

• Advanced computer literacy with experience using MS Office as well as quantitative and qualitative research tools

• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
