About the Opportunity 
 

As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you will play a key role in building the competence and confidence of nursing staff. Your work will directly contribute to workforce development and patient care quality. In this role you will: 
 

• Deliver and evaluate clinical education programs for individuals and groups to enhance nursing capability. 

• Provide one-to-one support, in-services, and mentorship to meet learning and development needs. 

• Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the unit and facility. 

• Collaborate with nursing staff and managers to identify individual and team education priorities. 

• Participate in the development and review of clinical procedures and guidelines, providing expert education advice.

About You 
 

We are looking for someone who has: 

• Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA. 

• Relevant post-registration clinical or education qualifications, or equivalent experience. 

• Extensive recent clinical experience in Perioperative Nursing specialty. 

• Demonstrated ability to deliver education, understand learning principles, and use clinical technology effectively. 

• Strong communication skills and a commitment to collaborative teamwork and mentoring.
