Selection Criteria:

  • A relevant tertiary degree or equivalent qualification with experience in financial management the health care sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in staff management and administration support at an executive level.
  • Demonstrated experience of implementing processes and managing organisational change to realise organisational benefits.
  • Demonstrated highly developed oral and written communication skills particularly in reporting, presentation and consultation.
  • High level of computer technology skills with experience in word processing, database and spread sheet programs. Experience with Oracle and SMRS financial reporting systems is considered beneficial.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise, organise and meet multiple demands.
  • High level conceptual and analytical skills and the ability to foster a culture that has a service based philosophy.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse and solve complex issues with a high level of critical thinking and sound decision making skills.
