- Associate Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering and/or Medical Equipment Servicing & Technical Support or equivalent qualifications and/or experience.
- Demonstrated experience in repair and maintenance of both electronic and medical gas clinical equipment in a clinical environment.
- Demonstrated initiative, positive can do professional attitude, commitment and contribution to effective teamwork, including working as part of a team, sharing knowledge and working with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of Australian Standards and practical experience in the Implementation of AS3551 for purposes of equipment testing and verification in conjunction with other relevant medical standards.
- Demonstrate good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated computer skills including the ability to use common word processing, presentation, spreadsheet and database tools.
- Demonstrated experience in working in an out of office, unsupervised environment.
- Current unrestricted Australian drivers licence (P2 Licence Acceptable) subject to obtaining NSW drivers licence within 3 months of appointment.
