Selection Criteria
- Health related degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated previous research experience in clinical / public health / health services research
- Excellent skills in quantitative or qualitative clinical / public health / health services research, including database management, basic statistical analysis skills, evidence of report writing
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with patients, their relatives and clinicians and working as a member of the team
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills including demonstrated experience of working on concurrent research projects
- Excellent attention to details and ability to work within the constraints of a research protocol
- Excellent computer skills in email, the internet, Microsoft Office, medical electronic databases (e.g. Medline, Pubmed, Embase) and REDCap
- Excellent academic writing skills including evidence of participation in the presentation of research study findings
