- Capacity to contribute to and implement system solutions and business strategic initiatives, including the capability to plan, manage change, improve performance and project manage.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and solve complex Stafflink system based issues including the knowledge of Stafflink functionality and how it relates to other processes within StaffLink and the proven ability to undertake or explain high level multifaceted processes.
- Demonstrated ability to expand both Stafflink functional knowledge and core business HR and Payroll knowledge through development and delivery of knowledge resources and programs, workshops and solution changes effectively to a wide range of staff.
