  • Registered Nurse – Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Holds relevant post registration qualifications in Mental Health and at least 3 years’ experience working in the clinical area of specified post graduate qualification.
  • Demonstrated high level interpersonal and communication skills including advocacy and negotiation and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Quality Improvement and the ability to manage change, have the ability to demonstrate knowledge of improved clinical service delivery and outcomes, models of care, Evidence Based Practice and Practice Development.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise extended autonomy of decision making while working as part of a multidisciplinary team and apply professional and ethical boundaries when dealing with complex situations.
  • Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to identify key messages, issues and concerns when communicating with others.
  • Current NSW Drivers’ Licence.
