Selection Criteria to be addressed:
- Holds AHPRA registration as a registered nurse AND holds relevant clinical or education post registration qualifications or such education and clinical experience in critical care deemed appropriate by the employer.
- Consistently demonstrates behaviours that reinforce the CORE Values of our organisation; Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment. Demonstrates these behaviours with all stakeholders, colleagues, direct reports as well as our patients and consumers, and those that care for them.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, deliver and evaluate education and learning activities to meet the individual learning needs, using adult learning principles and current best practice models.
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, advanced computer skills and use of software programs to develop and deliver education.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Current unrestricted drivers’ licence and the ability to maintain. Ability and willingness to drive/travel within the LHD as the role requires.
