Administrative Assistant to the Director of Nursing , The Children's Hospital at Westmead
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and collate reports of project status/ outcomes and executive summaries.
- Demonstrated well developed communication skills (written and verbal)
- Demonstrated ability to work with limited direction and independently within constraints set by the Director of nursing and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage a high workload to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to develop, implement and maintain regular reporting protocols
- Proven effective time management skills to ensure effective service provision
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Outlook, and an ability to learn new programs as required.
