About the role

• Join a fast-paced hospital team providing vital administrative and medical records support across wards, ED and outpatient services.
• Manage and track confidential patient records with accuracy, ensuring timely access for clinical teams and external stakeholders.
• Support release of information requests in line with medico-legal, privacy and Ministry of Health guidelines.
• Deliver responsive customer service through phone, email and internal enquiries while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Work collaboratively across departments, providing flexible support and contributing to efficient patient care operations.
  About you
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to problem solve, use initiative and manage issues effectively in both team-based and autonomous environments.
• Experienced in reception and administrative support, delivering high-quality customer service and professional telephone manner.
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask, prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound understanding of patient privacy and confidentiality, with the ability to clearly explain processes and procedures to patients and clinicians.
