Selection Criteria:

  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications and / or significant experience in health services management, business, finance.
  2. Experience with the development of budgets / financial management and cost centre management.
  3. Demonstrated knowledge, skills and experience in the development, management and the maintenance of finance within a complex organisation.
  4. A solid skill base in the use of PC applications for the analysis of information will be required and familiarity with computer applications used in operation in the Health sector will be an advantage.
  5. Evidence of achievement with regard to initiative and problem solving.
  6. Highly developed interpersonal and written communication skills and ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with a range of professions at multiple organisational levels.
  7. Sound written. verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  8. Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively with other health care professionals and patients.
