The Role
As part of the Work Health Safety, Wellbeing and Security Team, the Recovery@Work Support Officer plays an important role in the workers compensation claims and injury management process at Justice Health NSW. 

This position is responsible for the clerical and administrative support for the Recovery@Work Operations Consultant and the overall Recovery@Work Team including processing, with a focus on contributing to continuous improvement in workers compensation and injury management processes. 

The role provides clerical and administrative support to assist the Recovery@Work Team and includes processing staff workers compensation claims, lodgement of notification of injuries to the Claims Service Provider and assist the Recovery @ Work Consultants to help injured staff return to work and recover at work as quickly and safely as possible and supporting organisational initiatives while ensuring that the organisation meets its  
internal and external obligations.
