The Role

The Diversity and Inclusion Consultant is responsible for designing, developing and executing strategies for diversity and inclusion across Justice health NSW. The role will contribute to delivery through the coordination of projects, implementation of strategies, development and evaluation of educational material and programs designed to effectively promote a diverse and inclusive workforce.


The Diversity and Inclusion consultant will provide advice and input into the development and implementation of workforce strategies to support integrating workforce diversity into workforce planning. This role will also contribute to the implementation of initiatives that aid in the attraction, retention, growth and talent management of a diverse workforce and inclusive workplace. Proactively develop and implement performance indicators aligned to the Government's diversity and inclusion KPIs is also required.
