The Role

This position will lead a scoping initiative to assess service needs and inform the development of a Model of Care for young people with complex behavioural and mental health needs within Youth Justice settings. The role will focus on conducting a comprehensive needs analysis, identifying gaps in current service provision, and recommending evidence-based approaches to support high-risk cohorts. These young people often present with multimorbidity, behavioural challenges, and heightened risk of harm, requiring integrated health and justice responses. This work is exploratory and will provide the foundation for future service planning and design. The position requires highly developed interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
