The Role

We’re currently looking for an Assistant in Nursing to join our team within the Bathurst Correctional Centre. This position requires the employee to undertake activities for which they have the legal authority and competence to perform (please refer to the Scope of Practice document). The person performing the delegated activity is accountable for his or her own actions and to the Registered Nurse (RN). Supervision means the direction and guidance given by a RN to an Assistant in Nursing (AIN). The supervision may be direct or indirect according to the nature of the work delegated to the AIN.

Our Location

Aldavilla is a rural locality in the Mid North Coast region of New South Wales, Australia. It is roughly 10 kilometres west of the town of Kempsey and bordered on three sides by the Macleay River. Fattorini Creek forms its northern boundary. Aldavilla is surrounded by national parks and a short drive from the beautiful beaches of the Macleay Valley Coast.
