Senior Emergency Department Physiotherapist Level 4 - Wollongong Hospital

Selection Criteria

1. Current Physiotherapy Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

2. Demonstrated extensive post graduate clinical experience in musculoskeletal and orthopaedic specialties, including the interpretation of peripheral x-rays.

3. Demonstrated commitment and evidence of the implementation of ISLHD CORE values.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ISBAR handovers and sound computer skills (demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office and other Microsoft applications).

5. Knowledge and proven ability to undertake quality improvement and service evaluation processes.

6. Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision, as an independent practitioner assessing and managing undifferentiated patient groups, and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

7. Demonstrated ability to provide senior level of supervision to staff and/or students.

8. Current NSW drivers licence or equivalent.
