About the role
The Health Clinician – Drug & Alcohol, working as part of a multidisciplinary team, is responsible for providing assessment, case management, referral and follow up for clients seeking assistance with substance use problems. Providing outreach service to clients in the towns of Grenfell and Canowindra on a regular basis.

 

Provide clinical and service delivery support for the Opioid Treatment Program, GP Liaison, Drug & Alcohol Helpline, MERIT, Cannabis Clinic, Youth Alcohol and Other Drug Service, Substance Use in Pregnancy and Parenting (SUPPS) and Parenting & Addiction Medicine Services.

 

You will be working in a small, dynamic team to provide psychosocial counselling and support to clients with substance use issues, working closely with clinicians from Mental Health Drug and Alcohol as well as several NGO’s.

 

Location is negotiable within WNSWLHD.
