About the role
The Urology CNC provides high quality nursing expertise and continuity of care for both inpatient and outpatients diagnosed with urological diseases including cancer. This includes education and support for patients, their families, carers and staff.
We are looking for someone who…
- Has current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) and 7 years full time equivalent post registration experience, with at least 5 years full time equivalent experience in the specialty field.
- Holds approved postgraduate qualifications relevant to the specialty or such other qualifications or experience deemed appropriate.
- Has the proven ability to consult, review, and develop, both new and existing policies and procedures within the relevant specialty.

About working for SLHD

Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.
