Tobacco Regulatory Control Officer

1. Extensive experience in regulatory and compliance activity including interpretation of legislation
2. Demonstrated ability to use effective well-developed interpersonal skills to manage difficult interactions, resolve conflict and de-escalate situations
3. Ability to work flexibly, including across different environments and contexts
4. Demonstrated organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results with a customer focused approach
5. Proven capacity to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team environment
6. Proven engagement, collaboration and negotiation skills with the capability to build, maintain and use relationships with customers and stakeholders to achieve desired results
7. Capacity and willingness, including current NSW driver’s license, to travel to locations throughout NSW, which may include overnight stay in regional / remote areas
