About the role:

The Senior Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating key program delivery activities across the AI and CAC Program, including planning, scheduling, reporting, briefs and approvals, vendor management and financial monitoring with Districts and Networks.
The role works with stakeholders, governance forums and vendors to support delivery of project outcomes within agreed scope, time, budget and quality parameters, and to support effective risk, issue and stakeholder management.

Health Manager level 3, starting salary from $132,236 - $150,222 plus Super, with a 38- hour work week.

What you’ll be doing

  • Coordinate day-to-day program delivery activities, including planning, scheduling and progress tracking across the AI & CAC Program.
  • Prepare and assist in project documentation, including briefs, reports, updates, governance papers and approval submissions.
  • Support Monitoring and maintaining program timelines, risks, issues and dependencies, and support timely escalation and resolution. Coordinate meetings, workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder consultations.
  • Support budget forecasting and expenditure tracking to assist effective financial management of the program.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, governance forums and vendors to support delivery of project outcomes within scope, time, budget and quality requirements. Act as a central point of communication across teams and provide high‑level administrative, analytical, and strategic support

About you:
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:

  • Demonstrated experience coordinating complex programs or projects in a large and/or complex organisation, including planning, scheduling, monitoring and reporting.
  • Highly developed written communication skills, with proven ability to prepare high-quality briefs, governance papers, reports and executive correspondence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with experience identifying and managing risks, issues, dependencies and competing priorities in a structured delivery environment.
  • Proven stakeholder engagement and consultation skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams, governance forums and external providers.
  • Well-developed organisational skills and sound judgment, with the ability to provide high-level coordination and advice to support delivery of outcomes within agreed scope, time, budget and quality parameters.
