About the Service

Boggabri MPS provides comprehensive rural health care, including:

  • 16-bed Residential Aged Care Facility
  • 4 acute care beds
  • 2 emergency department beds
  • Co-located GP surgery and Ambulance Station

Our collaborative team of RNs, EENs, ENs, and AINs deliver high-quality care across all areas. As an RN, you’ll work both independently and as part of the team, often taking on the In-Charge role to guide and support colleagues in delivering safe, person-centred care.

About the Role

  • Full rotating shift roster
  • Diverse clinical exposure: aged care, emergency, acute, and palliative care
  • Supportive orientation and ongoing education with access to a Clinical Nurse Educator
  • Ideal for nurses who thrive on variety, responsibility, and community impact

About You

You are an Experienced Registered Nurse who:

  • Has experience in a smaller MPS or rural health setting (or a strong interest in this environment)
  • Can work confidently and autonomously
  • Brings strong clinical judgement, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Has experience in (or is keen to develop skills in) emergency and triage care
