Where you’ll be working
Step into Medical 2 — a dynamic, multicultural unit where compassion meets collaboration. Our 32-bed acute care ward thrives on diversity, teamwork, and excellence in patient care. We proudly celebrate the rich cultural backgrounds of our staff and patients, creating an environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and supported.

At Medical 2, every day is different and every nurse matters. We recognise that our strength lies in our people — a team that works hard, supports one another, and never forgets to celebrate milestones together. From monthly birthday parties to acknowledging religious and cultural events, we believe a connected team provides the best care.

About the role
If you’re an energetic nurse who thrives in a busy, supportive environment, this is your opportunity to shine!

As part of our team, you’ll provide high-quality care to patients across a wide range of medical needs — from aged care and dementia to acute and general medicine. Your day will be filled with variety: performing assessments, administering medications, collaborating with allied health, and working closely with the multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for our patients.

You’ll join a team that values teamwork, communication, and shared learning. No two days are the same — and you’ll always have the support of your colleagues, educators, and leadership team.

About you
You’re a committed, compassionate Registered Nurse who brings positivity and professionalism to every shift. You value diversity, thrive in a team environment, and take pride in delivering person-centred care.

You’ll bring:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to quality care
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • The ability to adapt, stay calm, and think critically under pressure
  • Respect for cultural diversity and inclusion

We welcome nurses of all backgrounds and experience levels who share our passion for excellent care and teamwork.
